During the month of February 2014, Lord Sri Mukha Lingeswar blessed us to visit the Holy pace situated in the state of Andhra Pradesh. We are fortunate to be blessed.
This is the most ancient temple and the presiding deity is Lord Shiva. The architectural beauty of this temple can only be experienced with a physical visit, and perhaps I am not that capable of writing the greatness in a few lines on this small paper or pages.
The temple construction is in the style of Kalinga. The temple is under the governance of the Endowments department of Government of Andhra Pradesh.
It is informed to us that the temple was unearthed recently and a couple of centuries ago when people of other religions tried to destroy all Hindu temples of this area, people of this village covered the entire temple with mud and sand and over a period of time it was discovered once again and brought to light.
